This evergreen perennial herb can grow up to 80cms in height, has soft silvery/grey oval leaves and blue or violet flowers.
History
This herb was believed to strengthen the senses and the memory, was also used for a variety of disorders including respiratory infections, menstrual difficulties and digestive complaints. The Chinese believed that it cured sterility, while the Romans believed it cured just about everything.
