This herb can grow up to 60cms in height, has an erect branched stem which is smooth with small delicate leaves. The white daisy like flowers have a strong aromatic smell and bloom in early to mid summer.
History
German Chamomile is used especially in Europe for stomach upsets, irritable bowel syndrome, tension headaches, nervous dyspepsia and is an excellent skin care remedy and also as a gentle sleep aid.
