A Hydrolat/Flower Water is the water that is collected during the essential oil distillation process. Hydrolats are valuable therapeutic materials in their own right and can be used alongside essential oils or in place of them, especially in cosmetic applications as they are believed to help in treating skin conditions.
Of its many useful attributes Tea Tree is most commonly renowned for its anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. It gently cleanses the skin and leaves it refreshed and revitalised. Great for particularly oily skin or problematic skin conditions such as acne. Tea Tree is also anti-septic and anti-viral so the Flower Water makes for a great all-round cleaner.
