Delivery:
We deliver the products you order to the address you specify for delivery. It is important that this address is accurate. It is a condition that all orders despatched will require a signature on delivery; we will never leave items unless they have been signed for. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the products once they have been delivered and signed for. We aim to deliver the items ordered by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time. We use fast and cost-effective methods to ensure efficient delivery of your order. We constantly review our carriers and our delivery rates to ensure we can offer the best possible delivery service at a competitive price.
We deliver to all addresses within the UK mainland. If you wish to order products to be delivered outside the UK, please contact us to arrange this.
For UK TRADE customers (excluding Highlands and Islands, see below) spending over £40 (before vat) – delivery is FREE
For all orders under £40, please add £4.00.
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days and depending on the weight of your parcel the order will be dispatched either via Royal Mail or 24 hour courier service.
- Your parcel may require a signature on delivery.
- Failed acceptance of a 2nd delivery attempt may incur a redelivery charge. Please inform us if you wish your order dispatching to an alternative delivery address or have leave safe instructions e.g. if no one home leave with a neighbour at… Please note if you authorise us to instruct our courier to action leave safe instructions the parcels safe arrival becomes your responsibility at point of delivery.
ASAP Processing & Delivery
We also offer an ASAP service which is an extra £3.50 (excluding the Highlands & Islands, see below). Our ASAP service means that your order is usually dispatched that day via 1st class Royal Mail or 24 hour courier.
For HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS TRADE Customers
Postage on all orders is at cost and is weight dependent; please contact us for a quote. ASAP postage is at cost; please contact us for a quote.
International Customers
We supply oils and products to our customers all over the world. Order using the international telephone number or fax below, by e-mail or on-line.
- Carriage and insurance are priced competitively and arranged on an individual order basis. Orders take 3-7 working days from dispatch to reach most countries.
- Payment in GBP (£) sterling must be received before we process your order. You can pay by credit card or telegraphic transfer (TT). Credit card payments over £500 incur a 3% surcharge.
- EU Companies: If you wish to pay VAT in your country please include your VAT number.
