Therefore, the more you urinate, the more fat you lose and subsequently weight. Furthermore, urination promotes digestion and stops gas from forming in the intestines, as well as removing excess water from the body and reducing swelling.

Patchouli promotes growth by stimulating the generation of new bodily cells. It also helps in the production of red blood cells, which can boost energy levels. Helichrysum Essential Oil

Being a hepatic, this oil soothes the liver, relieving it of inflammation, protects it from infections, and keeps it healthy, active, and strong. Also, because of its antioxidant and cytophylactic properties, it acts as an anti-ageing agent.
